Entry by Foreign Nationals Holding Valid Chinese Residence Permits of Three Categories
Effective from 28 September 2020, foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters and family reunion are allowed to enter China without applying for new visas.

If the above three categories of residence permits held by foreign nationals expired after 28 March 2020, the holders may apply for same category visas by presenting the expired residence permits and other relevant materials required for that kind of visa on the condition that the purpose of the holders’ visit to China remains unchanged. For this kind of application, Invitation Letter (PU) from Chinese authorities is no more required.

If the applicants changes the visa category, For necessary business, trade, science and technology and work activities, please get Invitation Letter (PU) from Chinese authorities first.

We accept the visa application as below,
1)Necessary business, trade, science and technology and work activities with Invitation Letter (PU) from Chinese authorities(Department of Commerce, Foreign Affairs Office, etc.).
2)Visa for humanitarian needs.
3)Pilot and flight attendance (C visa)

For all applicants, please send your application documents to our email (kathmanducenter@visaforchina.org) in advance, we will check whether your application is eligible according to current visa policy and then contact you. We will accept application on Tuesday (9am-2pm).

The above accepted visa application is only for Mainland China. For Macau and Hongkong visa, it’s still suspended.
