Special Notice
For a case of pneumonia in Kathmandu that has been diagnosed with a new type of coronavirus infection, the Kathmandu Chinese Visa Application Service Center will take the following precautionary measures from January 31, 2020:
1. All applicants who come to the center to submit application must take a measurement of body through device, at the security checkpoint. If the body temperature exceeds 37.2 degree Celsius or the flu-like symptoms is seen, the center will refuse the applicant, and advise the applicant to go to the hospital immediately to suspend the relevant application;
2. Applicants who have recently (within two weeks) visited the epidemic area in Hubei and other Chinese places should temporarily stay at home for self-isolation and observation and should not visit the center for submitting the documents.
3. Unless necessary, it is recommended that the applicant, to postpone the application and wait until the epidemic situation stabilizes before applying.
4. Disposable masks are provided at the entrance of the central lobby. Please wear masks before handling applicate.
5. Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance of the central lobby. Please wash your hands and disinfect before handling applicate.
6. The center will disinfect the hall and other areas of the center daily to ensure the health and safety of our employees and applicants.
