Notice on the Replacement of the New Visa Application Form and Full Implementation of the Online Electronic Visa Application Form and Appointment Booking System
 

A new version of the Chinese visa application form will be launched on 10th May 2021, the online electronic visa application form and appointment booking system will be implemented on 10th May 2021. The applicant (except Hong Kong and Macau) who wish to apply visa should visit, https://visaforchina.org for filling the visa application form and making an appointment. Please print the appointment information and visa application form before submitting the application at the center. The applicant is required to sign on the information page and also the visa application form. Please submit with others supporting document including passport on the appointment date given by Kuching Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

According to the Announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Immigration Administration of the People's Republic of China on Temporary Suspension of Entry by Foreigners Holding Valid Chinese Visas and Residence Permits issued on 27th March 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and the Chinese Visa Application Service Center will be continued to suspend the visa processing. If it is indeed necessary to engage the necessary business and trade, scientific and technological activities and emergency humanitarian visa applications as specified in the announcement, please do not hesitate to email kuchingcenter@visaforchina.org or call 082-259885 (Monday 9.00- 15.00) 、016-4408090(Tuesday to Friday 9.00-12.00)for more enquiries.
