Ⅰ. Please follow the procedures to fill in the online form and make an appointment:

VISA APPLICATIONS

1. Please make sure you will apply at our center in Jakarta.

2. Go to ‘Step by Step Guidance’ for details of visa application process and requirements.

3. Go back to the homepage and select Quick Access – Visa; you will see New Application Form and Appointment (Application).

-      Click the New Application Form, choose the location (city) of the Application Center where you will submit your application with Jakarta. We cannot accept your application if you choose other locations. Please fill in your detailed and real information, and print out the Confirmation Page and all the form pages after you finish it. Please make sure that there is an application form number bar code in the top right corner of every page.

Please sign on the Confirmation Page and the 8th Page of the visa application form. A complete visa application form is at least 9 pages including the Confirmation Page.

In this step, you are required to upload a recently taken standard passport photo with a white background. Please find the photo requirements here. We cannot process your application if you fail to upload a real and valid photo.

-      Click Appointment (Application) to make an appointment with your application form number and passport number following the system instruction. You will receive an email of your appointment.

-      Please bring your passport, a complete application form, 2 physical photos (exactly the same with the photo you uploaded to your form), and all the other required documents to our center. We suggest you arrive at our center 10min earlier than your appointment. Please show us your appointment information by that time.

AUTHENTICATION APPLICATIONS

1. Please visit the homepage, Choose Quick Access–Authentication.

2. Select Appointment – Application (Authentication) to make an appointment with your contact information.

3. Please arrive at our center on your appointment time and show your appointment information.

Ⅱ. Please be advised:

1. Currently we are closed until further notice. Please send your application to our email for enquiries and appointments.

2. Every applicant should complete the application form with correct and real information, and will take full legal responsibility for the authenticity. Any false or incomplete information provided by the applicant, or any use of somebody else’s photo, will be considered as fraud and will result in visa rejection or refusal of entry.

3. Applicants holding service or diplomatic passports should fill in the online application form through our website. Please bring the complete signed form and other required documents to apply at the Chinese Embassy.
