When applying for a Chinese visa, should the submission of documents and fingerprint be at the same time?
Yes. Please submit your fingerprint right after submitting the application. The Centre will not keep documents for applicants and the Consulate-General will not initiate the visa process until the documents and fingerprint have been submitted.
