Record-Keeping Process for Agencies of CVAS in HK

1. Registration qualification:

The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Hong Kong (hereafter as “our Center”) operates a record-keeping system for agencies. The agency should be a legally registered local business organization with a valid local business registration certificate in Hong Kong.

2. Registration procedure:

The agency files an application to our Center by email (hongkongcenter@visaforchina.org); Our Center will organize training and presentations for the new filing agency in the first week of each month, collect registration documents and issuance of access cards, then the agency begins a probationary period of one to two months; after the probationary period expires, a one-week review will be conducted on indicators such as the quantity of submissions, the quality of documents, the on-time submission rate, and the compatibility with the Center; After passing the audit, the agency will formally become the Center’s agency of record and will be managed in accordance with the “Agency Management Measures" for management. Agencies that fail the review will result in loss of filing status, and cannot re-apply for registration within six months.

※※Please note: Becoming an agency on record with the Center indicates that the agency is willing to conduct business with our Center on the basis of the principles of fairness, impartiality, open, and voluntariness, and in accordance with the visa policy promulgated by the Commissioner’s Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong and our Center’s regulation on the “Management of agencies". However, it does not in any way imply that the Commissioner’s Office or the Center has appointed or recommended the applicant to apply for a visa on an agency basis, or that the agency’s operations or the agency’s services to the applicant are in any way accredited, endorsed or supported by the Commissioner’s Office or our Center.
