1.Our Center will continue to accept visa applications of emergency humanitarian reasons: visiting an immediate family member in China (including parents, spouse, children, grandparents, grandchildren ) who is in critical medical conditions and in need of care or arrange funerals matters for those member), resumption of operation and production, including for economic, trade, scientific and technological purposes, applicants qualified for a crew (C) visa and those qualified for an R visa.For the detailed visa application requirements, please refer to the “Notice on Updated Requirements for Chinese Visa Application During Covid-19 Pandemic” issued on 9 February 2021, and “26 Q&As about Applying for Chinese Visa in Hong Kong SAR During the COVID-19 Pandemic” posted on the official website of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in the HKSAR.
2.The implementation of Notice on Visa Facilitation for Applicants Inoculated with COVID-19 Vaccines Produced in China has been resumed to normal. Please refer to the "Notice on Visa Facilitation for Applicants Inoculated with COVID-19 Vaccines Produced in China" posted on the website of the Commissioner Office in the HKSAR for detailed requirement.
