Measures against Novel Coronavirus

At present, there is a spread of the Novel Coronavirus in the community. To effectively prevent and control the infection, Chinese Visa Application Service Center (our Center) adopts the following temporary precautions:
1.    In order to reduce exposure to and transmission of the virus, for non-urgent issues, we recommend applicants postponing their application and collection, until the situation is alleviated.
2.    For public hygiene, applicants with body temperature exceeding 37.3C or symptoms of coughing or sneezing, and been to Hubei or in contact with cough and difficulty breathing people, please seek medical advice immediately and “self-isolate”. Please come to our Center after you have fully recovered or monitored for at least 2 weeks of not being infected.
3.    For those with emergency needs, please wear surgical mask and follow the instructions of our staff: filling up declaration form, having body temperature check and disinfections, etc.

Infection prevention and control of the Novel Coronavirus is essential. Our Center may alter our opening hours based on the development. Please be alert to our posting on our official website and inform your friends of our measures.
