The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Hanoi (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Visa Centre’) will, as of 20
December, 2021, adjust the office hour for Chinese visa application.

1) The Visa Centre will be open from 09:00 to 12:00 every Tuesdays and Thursdays for visa
 application and phone consultation,During non-office hours, you may attach with us through email.

     2) An appointment is required for the application of all visa categories.  Applications without an
  appointment or not submitted on time will not be accepted. Please note that an online application  
form is only valid for 30 days. Please schedule an appointment within 30days after filling in the form.

    3) Once the application is successfully submitted, please complete the payment of the application  
fee at the cashier within the same day. Otherwise, the application will be terminated by the Visa  
Center, which will be of the applicant’s own risk.
