Important Notice:

Before submitting your passport and application documents to the Visa Center, please make sure that the status of your application shows “online review completed” and that you have received a confirmation e-mail.

Please print out the “Visa Application Certificate” as well as the first and  last page of your application form for submission at the Visa Center.
