Guidance for Online Application Form and Online Appointment
The Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Florence offers a service for online filled application forms and online pre-booked appointment.
Please read the steps illustrated below carefully:
1. Navigate to www.visaforchina.org, and select Italy-Florence in order to arrive at Centre’s homepage.
2. Read the specific ‘Step by Step Guidance’ section’s information regarding your particular purpose of visit and your visa requirements.
3. Enter the ‘Quick Access’ section from the homepage, and then select ‘Online Application Form’ to fill in your application form online. The online application form will require you to upload a recent standard photograph. In addition, you need to bring a standard passport photo with yourself the day of the appointment.
4. After filling in the application form, please print out the complete form, sign on the 1st and the 8th page.
5. Enter the "Online Appointment" section, fill in the application form number which is automatically generated and it started with "FLR" (If you wish to bring more than one application with your appointment, you must ensure to enter all application form numbers for all applications under the appointment number. One appointment can be booked for up to ten applications). Choose a time slot and finish the appointment booking. The system will automatically send you a confirmation email. Please print the confirmation email out or screenshot of the appointment time information and show your appointment while you arrive at Florence Visa Center.
Matters need attention:
1. Online application form is currently only available in Chinese and English.
2. In order to not delay the travel, we suggest to reserve the appointment for the visa as the earliest possible time.
3. You should fill in this form truthfully, completely and clearly. Please note that if you provide false, fraudulent or misleading information or documentation, your application will be refused.
4. Visa Application Center in Florence cannot accept diplomatic, service and R visa and Hong Kong/Macao SAR of China applications. Diplomatic, service and R visa applicants can still fill in an online application form on our website, print out and sign. And you will be required to directly to competent Chinese Embassy and Consulates to submit application materials.
