1) The online application form photograph can only be accepted as JPEG format, dimensions of which cannot exceed 354*472, with a file size between 40KB-120KB.
2) The photograph must be of the applicant taken within the past 6 months with a white or close-to-white background conforming to photograph requirements. Please check here for photograph requirements.
3) If you have already tried to upload the photography 3 times and yet it is not uploaded successfully, the system will remind you to bring a suitable photograph. When you come to the centre to submit the application, please bring a recent photograph of yourself with a white or close-to-white background conforming to the photograph requirements. The visa centre will upload the photograph for you.
4) Please ensure that you have uploaded the correct photograph of the person detailed in the application form when filling in the online application. The visa centre will reject any application where the uploaded image is of another person. A new application form with an appropriate photograph will be requested if the application form contains another person's photo.
