I’m the applicant from third country and entered UAE for temporary visit, can I submit China visa application in Dubai?

If you entered and stay in UAE legally, you can submit your visa application personally, or authorize a travel agency to submit your visa application on your behalf in China Visa Application Service Center Dubai. The final decision of your application is made by China Consulate General in Dubai.

China Consulate General in Dubai and China Visa Application Service Center in Dubai have not given special authorization to any travel agency.
