The postal service fee (postage exclusive) reflects the time and efforts spent on processing postal applications. The postage is charged by the postal service provider.

Business hours: Monday-Friday (except Chinese and German public holidays)

Application Submission: 9:00AM-3:00PM
Payment and Passport Collection: 9:00AM-4:00PM

The Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
