The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Danang will start providing services for the application of consular certificates from 9th September, 2019. These services include issuing visa for China (Mainland), visa for Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR of China, collecting biometric information and so on. All applicants holding ordinary passports are kindly requested to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Hanoi. (referred to as “the Visa Center” hereinafter)

The Visa Center will not charge the service fee on it’s trial business day which is 4th-5th, Sep. 2019. The opening ceremony of the Visa Center will be held in the morning of the 6th of September, during which it will suspend services. After the Visa Center officially opens on the 9th September 2019.Please pay the service fee in Vietnam Dong at the cashier after submitting your application. The service fee is NOT refundable no matter if the visa is granded or not. Please pay the visa fee in US Dollar when collecting the passport. The actual amount is calculated according to the type of visa granded.Please check our website for fee details: www.visaforchina.org.
Notes: Holders of diplomatic or service passports, or those applying for diplomatic, courtesy, service visas are requested to apply directly at the Consular office of the Chinese Embassy as usual. The Consular office of the Chinese Embassy will continue to handle applications for notarization, legalization ,Chinese passports, and travel documents.
