In accordance with the provisions and requirements of European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, Chinese Visa Application Service Center Copenhagen (hereinafter referred to as “we”) must notify applicants that we will collect and store applicants’ personal information while processing their Chinese visa application. We hereby inform all applicants that, 
1.In order to process applicants’ Chinese visa application, we will collect and process applicants’ personal information under the authorization of the applicants.
2.We collect and process the applicants’ personal information only for the purpose of processing the applicants’ Chinese visa application.
3.When we collect, transmit and store personal information, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations.
4.Personal information provided by the applicant will be transferred to and stored at Embassy of the Peoples’ Republic of China in the Kingdom of Denmark and server located in Beijing, China. Except for competent authorities relating to review and issue Chinese visa, we ensure we will not disclose personal information to other party.
