Is it permitted for someone else to submit my application to the Visa Centre on my behalf?

You have to come in person if you haven't been fingerprinted in the visa center in Copenhagen, while someone else can collect your passport with an issued visa,you may entrust someone else to do it for you (no need to provide a power of attorney) .
