Notice on the Launch of Electronic Health Declaration Form
Starting from 13 November, 2020, all foreign passengers (including Thai nationals) who are to fly from Thailand to China will be required to present the Electronic Health Declaration Form for boarding. The specific requirements are as follows:
I. Foreign passengers may apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computers or smart phones. Foreign passengers must fill in the information required, declare the health status and upload the negative nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests certificates online, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate. Upon approval, foreign passengers will receive the Electronic Health Declaration Form, which will be displayed in QR code with the“HDC”mark.
II. Foreign passengers are required to present the electronic or printed Electronic Health Declaration Form (QR code with the“HDC”mark) within its validity period to the airlines before boarding and cooperate with airlines for further checking. Please be noted that passengers with expired Electronic Health Declaration Forms won't be allowed to board and are required to conduct new nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests as well as applying for new Electronic Health Declaration Forms.
