Starting from November 11, 2020, foreign passengers (non Chinese citizens) departing from Egypt and taking flights to China shall apply for the "Health Declaration Certificate" online. Foreign travelers can log in to the website: http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ through computers or mobile phones, fill in information online, declare their health status, upload test certificates and other materials. After the Chinese Embassy in Egypt passes the review, it will issue an electronic version of the "Health Declaration Certificate" through this website. The electronic version of the "Health Declaration Certificate" is displayed in the form of a QR code with the "HDC" mark. Foreign passengers should present the electronic or printed version when boarding the plane for the airline to check.

According to the "Notice on the Double Negative Certificates of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Test and Antibody Test" issued by the Chinese Embassy on November 1, the Embassy reminds passengers from a third country who are coming to Egypt for transit to China: Please be sure to take the first nucleic acid test and antibody test at the place of origin and apply for the "Health Declaration Certificate " to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin. The Chinese Embassy in Cairo will review the applicant’s double negative result reports of nucleic acid test and antibody test done in Egypt, and the electronic version of the "Health Declaration Certificate" issued to the applicant at the place of origin. If you cannot provide the necessary materials above, the application will not be accepted.
