Important Notice

Notice of System Upgrade and Office Relocation

Based on the notification from Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Busanstarting from 30 June, 2025, all applicants are required to visit the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Korea, create/sign in to your accountthen fill out the application form and upload all necessary documents online. For detailed information on the application process, please click STEP 1STEP 2, STEP 3.      

Please note: Before submitting your application documents , passportand payment at the Visa Center, please ensure that your application status is “Online review completed” and you have received a confirmation email.

To ensure a smooth system upgrade, the Visa Center will conduct maintenance on June 27, 2025. The Visa Center will be closed at 12:00 PM on June 27. After the upgrade, all forms filled out on the current website will no longer be valid. Applicants who have completed forms on the existing website must submit their materials to the Visa Center before 1200 PM on June 27, 2025.

Additionally, during the upgrade period (from 12:00 to 23:00 on June 27, 2025), We recommend pausing any form submissions to avoid data loss. 

 

Anti-fraud Reminder

 

Please pay attention to the following:

1. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, you are required to visit the Visa Application Center in person to submit your passport, application materials, and pay both the Embassy visa fee and the center service fee.

2. If you suspect fraudulent activity or have concerns about your Chinese visa application, please contact us directly.
