Consular Authentication Service to be Outsourced to CVASC from August 20, 2018

The Chinese Embassy/Consulate General in Korea will outsource its authentication service to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) from August 20, 2018,
Effective August 20, 2018, consular authentication applications should be submitted to Chinese Embassy/Consulate General in Korea through CVASC, while the Chinese applicants may choose to submit their applications directly to the Chinese Embassy/Consulate General.
Please note that CVASC service includes receiving applications, fees collection, document release and inquiries. Application reviews and decisions are made by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate General.
CVASC will conform to the laws and regulations of both China and Korea to ensure the safety of the applicants' personal information and documents. CVASC will charge a service fee at the published price to ensure its proper operation starting August 23, 2018.
