Which passport can I use if I have dual nationality?
If you have Romanian nationality and a third country nationality, you should apply with your Romanian passport.
If you don't have a Romanian nationality, you should apply with the passport you use when you enter Romania. And if you use non-European Union passport, please make sure there is a valid enter stamp.
