Is it permitted for someone else to submit my application to the Visa Center on behalf?
For applicants whose age between 14 to 70 years, if it is the first time that you apply for a Chinese visa since 25th June 2018, you
should submit both the visa application and fingerprint at the centre in person
at the same time.
If you have applied for Chinese visas with the same passports and have had fingerprints collected and visa approved within 5 years, you may submit the visa application either in person or by a travel agency. But please make sure you are in Romania during the visa application.
