Visa Collection time:

1. Regular collection: 09: 00-16: 00 (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

 (4 working days including the day of submission)

2. Express Level II:   09: 00-16: 00 (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

 (3 working days including the day of submission)

3. Express Level I:    12: 00-16: 00 (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

 (2 working days including the day of submission)
