Notice on Cancellation of Visa Application Appointments

Starting from December 18, 2023, online appointment for visa application is no longer required. Visa applicants who reside in QLD can submit their applications directly to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Brisbane as follows:

 

Step 1. Applicants log on to the website of the Visa Centre https://www.visaforchina.cn/BNE2_EN/, fill out the visa application form online accurately, download and print the full application form.


Step 2. Submit the application with the application form and other required documentshttps://www.visaforchina.cn/BNE2_EN/generalinformation/visaknowledge/index.shtmlto the Visa Centre from 09:15 to 13:30 on weekdays. And collect passports from 10:00 to 13:00 on weekdays.


After the new arrangement for visa application, there may be more applicants on-site and longer queue time during the peak hours. Applicants are kindly advised to avoid peak hours, i.e. 12:00 to 13:00.  


For applicants who have made appointments with the Visa Center can still submit applications on the appointment day.
