The documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand for authentication. Then please submitted the application to our Centre.

Documents to be submitted:

a. One duly completed application form.

b. The original and a copy of the applicant’s passport or IC.

c. The original and a copy of the document to be authenticated

d. If the application is submitted by an agent, the original and a copy of the agent’s passport or IC are also required, and a power of attorney.

e. Other documents consular officials require.
