How long does it take to process a visa if I submit my application at the Visa Centre in person?

Service options provided by the Visa Centre include Regular and Expressservices.
Regular service: The processing time is usually 4 working days(In the case of all the required documents are provided). 
Express service: The processing time is usually 3 working days (In the case of all the required documents are provided).
