IMPORTANT NOTICE

In order to offer an even higher quality of service to our numerous applicants and convenience in submitting their applications, the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre will begin employing an online application and appointment service, starting on the 10^th of April 2019.  By selecting “China Visa Applicant” and “Appointment” on the Visa Centre`s updated website, our clients can fill out their applications in advance and choose the date and time they would like to submit their applications at the Visa Centre. After filling out, printing and signing their applications, clients should place them along with any other supporting documents and proceed to the Visa Centre at the appointed time for submission.

There will be a month-long transition period lasting from the 10^th of April to the 9^th of May. During this period, applicants may use either the old application forms without booking appointments, or the new forms an online appointment system.

    From the 10^th of May onwards, the Visa Centre will only accept applications filled in and appointments scheduled online. The old application forms shall be considered obsolete and will no longer be accepted.
