Do I have to apply for a visa through a travel agency?
No, you don’t. You can apply for a visa through a travel agency or come directly to our office.
Generally speaking, you should submit your application in person and collect your passport with an issued visa. If you are exempted from Fingerprints Collection (please click here for more information), you may entrust someone else to do it for you (no need to provide a power of attorney) , including submission and collection.
