As of XXXX, 2022, the consular legalization applications of non-Chinese nationals residing in the consular district of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia should be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Addis Ababa (hereinafter referred as 'Visa Application Center’). 

Consular legalization applications filed by Chinese nationals can be submitted either directly to the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, or to the Visa Application Center which charges a service fee in addition to the legalization fee.
