The embassy recommends that the application form be filled and printed. If the application form is filled manually,the hand writing must be clear and neat. Scanned copies are not accepted. The legalization application forms must be signed by the applicant in person at the Signature of applicant. If the applicant entrusts an agent to submit the application on his/her behalf, the applicant and the agent need to sign respectively at the Signature of applicant and at the Signature of agent.
