Is it permitted for someone else to submit my application to the Visa Centre on my behalf?

Generally speaking, you should submit your application in person and collect your passport with an issued visa.

Business hours:

Monday-Friday, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.(Visa Center will base on the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General requirement and make the necessary adjustment on the public holiday. Kindly take note of the adjustment on time to time basis.)
Submission of applications: 09:00 to 15:00.
Collection of passport: 09:00 to 16:00.
