Can I apply for legalization at the Chinese Embassy?
As of April 19, 2022, the consular legalization applications of non-Chinese nationals residing in the consular district of the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria should be submitted to the China Visa Application Center in Abuja (hereinafter referred as 'Visa Application Center’). 
Consular legalization applications filed by Chinese nationals can be submitted either directly to the Chinese Embassy in Nigeria, or to the Visa Application Center which charges a service fee in addition to the legalization fee.

Business hours:

Monday-Friday, Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.(Visa Center will base on the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General requirement and make the necessary adjustment on the public holiday. Kindly take note of the adjustment on time to time basis.)
